Royal Shot 8 is a single-player casual billiards game that runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The App operates completely offline with no network connectivity required.

1.2 Local Game Data

The App stores game progress data locally on your device, including:

• Player level, XP, and coins;
• Quest progress and match history;
• Card collection and deck configuration;
• Player preferences (nickname, title).

1.3 No Data Collection

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identity information (name, email, phone number);
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV);
• Location data;
• Usage analytics or crash reports;
• Any data transmitted over the internet.

The App may use local storage technologies (UserDefaults, NSKeyedArchiver) to save your game progress and preferences on your device.

3.1 Storage Location

All game data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, NSKeyedArchiver). No data is transmitted to or stored on any external server.

3.2 Retention Period

Local data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently delete all game data.

3.3 Security

Your data is protected by iOS's built-in sandboxing security. Each app's data is isolated and inaccessible to other apps.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data to share, transfer, or disclose to third parties. The App operates entirely offline.

• App Store Rating: Tapping "Rate Us" will redirect you to the official Apple App Store rating page, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy;
• No Analytics: The App does not integrate any analytics or crash reporting SDKs;
• No Advertising: The App does not include any third-party advertising SDKs.

Since we do not collect any personal data:

• Data Control: All data is under your full control on your device;
• Deletion: You can delete all game data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in iOS Settings;
• No Account Needed: The App does not require registration; there is no account to manage or delete.

The App is suitable for users of all ages. If you are a minor, please read this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian and obtain their consent before using the App. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will promptly delete the relevant data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through a prominent notice within the App and seek your consent again. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
